I’m shevon (pronouns she/her). i’ve always been interested in journalism since a young age; same goes with music, concerts and festivals. before long, i realized that i could combine both of my passions to create beautiful art for people to read and appreciate. i am currently a bedroom pop/indie editor for the luna collective and staff writer.

my full-time gig (the one that pays the bills) is being part of the corporate communications team for andersen windows and doors. i am constantly utilizing my journalism skills in that role when it comes to internal comms.

What else? i grew up in minneapolis, mn and currently reside in duluth, up north (right on beautiful lake superior). i live with my wonderful partner, gavin, and our two cats, ash and binks.

the features i write/edit the most include bedroom pop/indie, pop, and r&b but i love all types of music and am super open to all pitches.
